Our
102 acre estate is located just
outside of the historic town
of Isleton, within the growing
region of Clarksburg. The property
is located within a beautifully sculptured
micro-climate, bordered on the
north, by Napa Valley and just
below the foothills of Calaveras
and Amador counties and next
to the town of Lodi. In
the spring and summer, the warm
days are cooled by the Delta
breeze, which creates ideal growing
conditions.
We
grow and bottle all our wines
on the estate. That means
we control every step in the
winemaking process and do not
buy grapes on the open market. Our
winemaker is Bill Dyer, who
spent 20 years at Sterling
Vineyards and won national
acclaim for the wines and a
number of innovations, during
that time.
We
are small family vineyard and
we take a great deal of pride
in the wines that we grow and
bottle. If you ever come
by to visit, make sure you bring
some gloves, because we might
need a hand bottling, pruning
or filtering. |
